Seeking a part-time with potential to convert into a full time position after the training period has been fulfilled.
Position consists of a number of duties and provides exposure to multiple aspects of small business and software production. The ideal candidate will have some customer service experience with a good track record of maintaining customer satisfaction while managing expectations. The intern will manage accounts from lead generation through the end of the project. Duties will consist of:
Use lead generation tools available and attend local chamber of commerce events to bring in new accounts.
Assist in sales closing process with the aid of management.
Manage customer relations for all accounts to maintain a high level of interaction and satisfaction.
Ensure all demos sent to customers have been quality tested and present demos to customer.
Follow through with each customer as projects wrap up to determine if there is any more possible business or referrals.
This position requires a hard worker and self starter, but will provide excellent experience.
